I nominated The Rose of Segunda (Visual Novel) and got two character names wrong: “Iolanthe of Florentia (RoS)” and “Frederique of Florentia (RoS)” should be “ Iolanthe di Parisi (RoS)” and “Frederique of Florentia (RoS)”. Sorry! I caught it just too late to fix them myself.

Under The Locked Tomb fandom there's a minor typo: "hip: Augustine the First/John Gaius/Mercymorn the First (Locked Tomb)" - should be Ship, probably a copy/paste error on my part!

Under What We Do In The Shadows (TV) there's a ship: "Ship: Guillermo de la Cruz & Antipaxos (WWDITS TV)" - Antipaxos is a place, so probably this meant Guillermo de la Cruz & Nadja of Antipaxos.

Under Haikyuu!! there's something odd in this nom: "Ship: Hinata Shouyou/Koume Kenma Kei (Haikyuu!!)" - it would make sense as Hinata Shouyou/Kozume Kenma (correcting Kenma's name and dropping the 'Kei' which is not related to either character).

Sorry to contact you twice -- I emailed you about these already because I didn't realize anonymous commenting was turned on here. A couple of misspelled ships that I think came from my nominations:

For 왕이 된 남자 | The Crowned Clown (TV):
"Ship: Yi Gyeongin & Yi Yeon (The Crowned Clown)" should be "Ship: Yi Gyeongin & Yi Heon (The Crowned Clown)"

For The Hitcher (1986):
"Ship: Jim Halsey/John Rider (The Hitcher 1986)" should be "Ship: Jim Halsey/John Ryder (The Hitcher 1986)"

Also, Shadow & Bone (TV) duplicates a tag: "General Kirigan" and "The Darkling | Aleksander Morozova" refer to the same character. (I think I had had nominated the character as "Aleksander Kirigan" to avoid pipes and because I don't think the show has explicitly revealed the Morozova connection yet, but it makes sense that "The Darkling | Aleksander Morozova" is the more common tag for the character across both the books and the series.)

Not my nominations, but:

There are three tags under Wiedźmin | The Witcher (Video Game) with TV disambigs - Geralt of Rivia (The Witcher TV), Jaskier (The Witcher TV) and Yennefer of Vengerberg (The Witcher TV). Geralt and Yennefer are duplicates there in the games fandom, also appearing with a games disambig, although Jaskier (who would probably be Dandelion in Video Games?) is not.

Edit: The same is true in the Witcher books fandom - Geralt, Yennefer and Jaskier all appear with the TV disambig, and Geralt and Yennefer are duplicates who also have a book disambig while Jaskier is not.
