There is a duplicate in Dimension 20 (Webseries). Both Ship: Lilith/Effink Murderdeath (D20) and Ship: Lilith/Efink Murderdeath (D20) appear in the tagset - the second one has the correct spelling (Efink with 1 f, as her name is "knife" spelled backwards).
