I've stopped accepting Fate nominations for the moment but go ahead and
nominate under Fate/Grand Order. I need to get a final idea of what Fate
related nominations are before I can decide how to merge/split things up.
For the ones that have been nominated under other parts of the fandom just
use a slightly different disambiguation so it will be accepted.
In most exchanges everyone uses the All Media Types tag for Fate/. I may
have to rethink this for future rounds.
