The nominations link is in the nominations post (but under the cut). That's here (https://trickortreatex.dreamwidth.org/24078.html). The blueish text where it says "Nominations are now open!" is a clickable link too. This link (https://archiveofourown.org/tag_sets/2574) will take you straight to the tag set. You can nominate by clicking the button near the top right that says "Nominate".
