No. I won't have the availability to monitor the tagset year round and I'm not going to leave nominations open when I won't have the time to properly monitor them.
Whether or not there is a round of mass old tags nominated again will depend on my availability at that time and how much work the eternal tagset will need to get in exchange shape.
