Not the nominator, but the only characters from the Naruto/DOS set who appear in Naruto canon are Uchiha Sasuke and Uchiha Shisui; the rest (Hyuuga Amano, Nara Kofuku, Nara Shikako, and Uchiha Uzume) exist only in Dreaming of Sunshine.
(Incidentally, Sasuke and Shisui appear to already be in the tagset already under both fandoms!)
I wouldn't be surprised if someone tried to nominate Dreaming of Sunshine but used the version of the tag that's been synned to Naruto--I think that's happened to me in the past.
