Trick or Treat Exchange

If we want to nominate a specific version of a character (say there are different actors who played a role and I only want stories portraying one actor’s rendition), how would I go about nominating this? The character in question goes by the same name regardless of who is playing them (so there is no “First Doctor”, “Second Doctor” theme here.)
