Not the mod, but I am seeing "&" choices on the signup form. The "Ship:" in front of Olivia & Walter or whatever just means that you want fic about their relationship in a non-romantic way. It helps differentiate the single character requests ie Olivia "I want to know more about Olivia's non-romantic relationship with Walter".
