Zenos:
Zenos. Favourite character. Love him. Love him in lots of different fic ideas.
You could go the humour route. Zenos as a character works surprisingly well for hilarity. Make him totally embarrass Varis at the Garlean court because he simply does not give a damn about any of this. Make him act like the 26 year old with no idea how to handle having Real Emotions that he is. You could have him interact with Fandaniel—we haven't seen much of their interactions yet, but boy did that teaser at the end of 5.3 promise shenanigans.
Or you could go the sad route. Focus on his depression, whether it's before he met the WoL or when they're forced to be separate due to the WoL being over on the First. Elaborate on his childhood—lonely and with a distant father who had no compunctions about hiring a tutor who would mercilessly beat him up. Explore his messed up psyche.
Or go a step further and break him. Let him realise the WoL never actually cared about him the way he did about them. Come up with a scenario where he's denied his finale. (Not due to backstabbing from Fandaniel or other Ascian meddling though, please.) Make him feel absolutely miserable. Inclusion of character death (including Zenos'), injuries, gore, blood and bad endings are all okay for this.
Zephirin:
The entire Heavens' Ward is so underutilised. Sad. Utilise them some more for me. Blanket permission to involve any other Ward members you want along with Zephirin.
On the fun side: Having to wrangle the rest of the ward has to be stressful. Imagine trying to keep Charibert, Grinnaux and Paulecrain in check at all times while also attending to your own duties. What kind of funny things might have happened during that time? Did the remaining ward members help, or only make it harder?
On the less-fun-but-that's-why-it's-fun side: Tempering. I subscribe to the idea that Thordan tempered the ward and I'm perpetually interested in portrayals of what tempering is like. Go wild! Either the moment of being tempered, or what it's like to live under that influence. Horror-style depictions of it welcome.

If my pick of characters didn't make it obvious, I'm very okay with including any combination of them somewhere in the WMTSB timeline (including before the primal rebellion). That said, if you want to make me happy, I would so love to see more Bubs-centric fic, whether it's just him or in combination with others.
Additionally, I didn't request Lucifer or Lucilius (...because I couldn't think of any prompts specifically for them...) but you can include them too, if you want; just maybe not only them.
Beelzebub:
God, just give me anything (other than my DNW). Give me something pre-rebellion; how did he meet Lucilius and start conspiring with him? How did he deal with Belial being Belial (or how does he do it in the present day of canon?). How did he interact with Lucifer before he cast him down? What kind of council duties did he have? Or elaborate on what 2000 years in the Crimson Horizon were like.
If you don't want to set it in the past, no problem! I got more prompts. Interacting with Belial is always fun, of course. Or toss him at Sandalphon once more, give me that juicy angst about Lucifer's death. Or maybe explore what would happen if he actually made it to Etemenanki—does he get his victory, and what happens then? Does he face off with Lucilius and Belial there? What does Lucio have to say about his presence there?
Belial:
First off, obviously canon-typical flirting and innuendos are fine and don't fall under the romance-centric DNW. Additionally, if you want, you can add some Belial/Lucilius content. I don't want an actual shipfic, but background undertones are perfectly fine. I'm also a bit of a sucker for Belial's feelings (and, let's be real, obsession) being unrequited, if that's something you're interested in writing.
Just like with Bubs, I'm fine with the fic being set in the past or the present, or even in between; what exactly was he doing in those 2000 years? Interaction with Sariel is nice. Canonically it's rather ambiguous whether he ever actually felt any friendliness towards him, and you can either leave it like that or put your own spin on it. Or elaborate on what happened after WMTSB3, where are he and Lucilius now?
Sandalphon:
Poor boy got hurt a lot in canon, so now it's time to... hurt him some more in fanfiction. :) Have him feel guilty over what he did to the sky realm—canon tried to play it off as "nobody died, just some uninhabited islands fell" but I don't buy that, honestly. Have him confront the fact that people DID die because of it (although you don't actually need to kill off a canon character if you don't want, nameless people are fine too.) Or have him dwell on Lucifer's death some more. In WMTSB3, Belial tried to make him believe he was to blame for it; what would happen if Danchou weren't there to snap him out of it?
But if you want to be nice to him, I'd also be interested in seeing him reunite with Lucifer. Not necessarily in a Lucifer Lives way, but perhaps in another not-quite dream intermission, the way it happened in WMTSB3? The contents of that meeting I leave to you. Or maybe show more of him settling into the sky realm. Trying to run a café with the chaos and strange people that inevitably follow Danchou everywhere interfering?
Sariel:
As mentioned in Belial's section, elaborating on their relationship is good. Otherwise I'm interested in seeing something on how his duties and his personality clashed before the rebellion. I'd also love to see more on what he's up to post-WMTSB; is he getting tied up in more shenanigans a la Maydays? Or maybe he actually finds Belial and Lucilius—and what then?

- Javert comes back as a ghost and haunts Valjean or Rivette or both
- Javert AND Valjean return to haunt Rivette as ghosts
- Despiat returns to haunt Rivette (Ok, so he didn't actually die, but...) - or hey, maybe Despiat saves Rivette from being haunted by the ghost of his boss?
- In fact I am up for any and all ghostly (sexy) hauntings this year.
- Valjean brands (well, burns...) himself with his coin. What if that unlocks some sort of curse/magic spell?
- Rivette ends up in a terrible situation when a case goes wrong (with optional rescue or comfort by Javert or Valjean or Despiat?)
- What if Rivette gets taken prisoner at the barricade instead of Javert? (He'd be so shocked to see that Javert was right about insurgency mastermind Valjean!)
- Rivette throwing himself into the river after Javert and having to navigate the afterlife/hell/purgatory/the ghostly plane of existence to find him.
- Javert has two (2) subs.

Zenos:
Zenos. Favourite character. Love him. Love him in lots of different fic ideas.
You could go the humour route. Zenos as a character works surprisingly well for hilarity. Make him totally embarrass Varis at the Garlean court because he simply does not give a damn about any of this. Make him act like the 26 year old with no idea how to handle having Real Emotions that he is. You could have him interact with Fandaniel—we haven't seen much of their interactions yet, but boy did that teaser at the end of 5.3 promise shenanigans.
Or you could go the sad route. Focus on his depression, whether it's before he met the WoL or when they're forced to be separate due to the WoL being over on the First. Elaborate on his childhood—lonely and with a distant father who had no compunctions about hiring a tutor who would mercilessly beat him up. Explore his messed up psyche.
Or go a step further and break him. Let him realise the WoL never actually cared about him the way he did about them. Come up with a scenario where he's denied his finale. (Not due to backstabbing from Fandaniel or other Ascian meddling though, please.) Make him feel absolutely miserable. Inclusion of character death (including Zenos'), injuries, gore, blood and bad endings are all okay for this.
Zephirin:
The entire Heavens' Ward is so underutilised. Sad. Utilise them some more for me. Blanket permission to involve any other Ward members you want along with Zephirin.
On the fun side: Having to wrangle the rest of the ward has to be stressful. Imagine trying to keep Charibert, Grinnaux and Paulecrain in check at all times while also attending to your own duties. What kind of funny things might have happened during that time? Did the remaining ward members help, or only make it harder?
On the less-fun-but-that's-why-it's-fun side: Tempering. I subscribe to the idea that Thordan tempered the ward and I'm perpetually interested in portrayals of what tempering is like. Go wild! Either the moment of being tempered, or what it's like to live under that influence. Horror-style depictions of it welcome.

If my pick of characters didn't make it obvious, I'm very okay with including any combination of them somewhere in the WMTSB timeline (including before the primal rebellion). That said, if you want to make me happy, I would so love to see more Bubs-centric fic, whether it's just him or in combination with others.
Additionally, I didn't request Lucifer or Lucilius (...because I couldn't think of any prompts specifically for them...) but you can include them too, if you want; just maybe not only them.
Beelzebub:
God, just give me anything (other than my DNW). Give me something pre-rebellion; how did he meet Lucilius and start conspiring with him? How did he deal with Belial being Belial (or how does he do it in the present day of canon?). How did he interact with Lucifer before he cast him down? What kind of council duties did he have? Or elaborate on what 2000 years in the Crimson Horizon were like.
If you don't want to set it in the past, no problem! I got more prompts. Interacting with Belial is always fun, of course. Or toss him at Sandalphon once more, give me that juicy angst about Lucifer's death. Or maybe explore what would happen if he actually made it to Etemenanki—does he get his victory, and what happens then? Does he face off with Lucilius and Belial there? What does Lucio have to say about his presence there?
Belial:
First off, obviously canon-typical flirting and innuendos are fine and don't fall under the romance-centric DNW. Additionally, if you want, you can add some Belial/Lucilius content. I don't want an actual shipfic, but background undertones are perfectly fine. I'm also a bit of a sucker for Belial's feelings (and, let's be real, obsession) being unrequited, if that's something you're interested in writing.
Just like with Bubs, I'm fine with the fic being set in the past or the present, or even in between; what exactly was he doing in those 2000 years? Interaction with Sariel is nice. Canonically it's rather ambiguous whether he ever actually felt any friendliness towards him, and you can either leave it like that or put your own spin on it. Or elaborate on what happened after WMTSB3, where are he and Lucilius now?
Sandalphon:
Poor boy got hurt a lot in canon, so now it's time to... hurt him some more in fanfiction. :) Have him feel guilty over what he did to the sky realm—canon tried to play it off as "nobody died, just some uninhabited islands fell" but I don't buy that, honestly. Have him confront the fact that people DID die because of it (although you don't actually need to kill off a canon character if you don't want, nameless people are fine too.) Or have him dwell on Lucifer's death some more. In WMTSB3, Belial tried to make him believe he was to blame for it; what would happen if Danchou weren't there to snap him out of it?
But if you want to be nice to him, I'd also be interested in seeing him reunite with Lucifer. Not necessarily in a Lucifer Lives way, but perhaps in another not-quite dream intermission, the way it happened in WMTSB3? The contents of that meeting I leave to you. Or maybe show more of him settling into the sky realm. Trying to run a café with the chaos and strange people that inevitably follow Danchou everywhere interfering?
Sariel:
As mentioned in Belial's section, elaborating on their relationship is good. Otherwise I'm interested in seeing something on how his duties and his personality clashed before the rebellion. I'd also love to see more on what he's up to post-WMTSB; is he getting tied up in more shenanigans a la Maydays? Or maybe he actually finds Belial and Lucilius—and what then?
